No, I have not. I refuse to drink, I refuse to do drugs, etc. Straight Edge life, essentially.

I'm under the belief that our body does not deserve that. I am also under the belief that the day my life is bad enough that I need hallucinogens, then I'm not worth living.

I generally refuse medicine at hospitals, too, though. I won't take tylenol or advil, I won't take most cough medicines, or antibiotics. I believe in more natural remedies. And no, pot isn't natural.

Part of my opinion stems from having worked with former drug addicts or sellers. They told me how some of the things were made (Drain-O, does more then clean your pipes), and how their lives were effected. The other part stems from seeing what pain medication and the like did to my grandpa. His last few weeks, where he refused drugs, were some of his best.

As for recreational drug use, I'm completely against it. It's not safe for you, or anyone around you. Saying "as long as no one dies" is really a terrible statement - as more than anything, impairing yourself puts lives at risk. It doesn't matter how, it's just a matter of safety. Sure, there are responsible people, but numerous bad apples spoil the bunch.

Of course, I believe in the great words of Milton Friedman:

I'm in favor of legalizing drugs. According to my values system, if people want to kill themselves, they have every right to do so. Most of the harm that comes from drugs is because they are illegal.

It's my choice to live a more wholesome life, as I want to live the life I was meant to. Win, lose, or draw.

Well, I respect decisions like that, as long as people don't refer to all people who've done drugs as bad people...
just about all the stuff I've done was a one time thing... I take my time in looking up side effects, what not to do when on things.. etc.
Funny thing is... I used to be like you, completely refute medicine and doctors, all that stuff.
Another thing I realize is how certain drugs are made. The thing is though, not everything is made with stuff like that... I myself refuse to do anything that isn't verified as coming from an actual medical company, as I don't like the idea of eating rat poison or something.

I drink every once in a while, but it's only ever one or two, really.  Never get drunk, never been drunk, alcohol is not a "drug" in the general sense (though I would argue it is, legally it isn't, so I haven't done any drugs).

I'm the same as you in the drinking regard... I drink maybe a glass of wine every few months. I've never been drunk, and don't really plan to.. too many people do stupid things while drunk.

I've smoked weed. (Used to be a major pothead, but I barely smoke anymore)
I used to pop Xanax Bars all the time.
I've messed around with Triple C's (yay brain damage)

And I've gotten drunk once.
The hangover is not worth it. ;___;

Well, I'm not really sure. I guess it was the lack of people.
I kinda hate smoking by myself, it's boring. And the potheads that live here are always somewhere else, so yeah.
The xanax? Those things make me act stupid. I'll be saying nonsense for hours.

This is pretty much my philosophy on it. I'm not a big fan of drugs, hell I'm not even into coffee. And since I practice various sports as well as Judo, I can't afford it. But if it makes you happy and lets you live life the way you want it, toke up and have fun ;)

As much as I love trippy stuff, I don't have any intention of trying drugs.  I mean, LSD sounds fun, but I'm worried I'll get psychosis or HPPD, even though the latter sounds kind of fun in itself.

Legally Prescribed = Yes, nothing ever dangerous, except acutane for pimples/acme. It makes me have more energy, more stressed, thoughts about ropes and all of this stuff (Strangly enough, not on me) And so forth of stuff I can't remember, since I just remembered that with it, I have a less better memory.

Ilegally = lolno.

Acutane is supposed to make you tired, sore, etc.  at least that's what it did to me.

it's really sad.
If my store did a random drug test, 80% of my staff would be terminated.

I have this co worker named Glen....
he's white....but he acts "ghetto" (you know the type) well.... he jokes about it
"running them streets" and stuff......but I know he's some kind of drug dealer or "Middle Man".
He's gonna get shot......

Me and a friend went to a rave party........ and he got some kind of drug from it.
He offered it to me......
and I wanted to try it because I was highly curious...but he told me that,
" dude, if you take it, make sure your in a safe place, you could have a bad trip and totally freak out and hurt yourself ".

THAT, scared me enough not to take it.
I would of taken it in my room..... and knowing me, I would of start thinking of
Demons and Devils and stuff like that (Which Would of REALLY Freaked me out) not to mention
my black cat would of scared the crap out of me, I would imagine.
Because of all that I decided not to take it....
I chickened out. :P
That was my closest encounter with a drug.

Alcohol- well......
From my experience with this substance.......
I been tipsy (twice) - Which is a light buzz/feel good feeling.
(this was about.... 4-6 shots of Lemon Drops which include Vodka, Sugar and Lemon)

I had a "hand grenade" before......... which is New Orleans most "Powerful" drink.......
THAT.......um...wow...
I was drunk..... but I was drunk enough to control every action and every word.
Like if a Police would of asked me a series of questions, I'd be able to answer them.
But I really felt the affects of THAT drink.....
Later on that night I threw up....... which from that experience isn't worth it anymore cause
I have a personal fear of throwing up in general.......
Ugh.

Then like a week later I had a Margarita......... worst tasting drink Ever....
Overall, I conclude that Alcohol in general.....
is disgusting...

Atleast to me...I can't see how people can constantly drink and drink and drink the stuff.

I'm more then willing to drink, but only as me being "Social" a.k.a Social Drinker.
Other then that, I will never touch the stuff, ever.

If you want to try a psychedelic drug, you can try shrooms.  If you start to have a bad trip, you can just drink some orange juice, or take some Vitamin C pills, and it'll lower the high. 

At least that's what I've been told.

I took Addarall, as it was prescribed for my ADD.  Took it on an empty stomach, my stomach felt like it was being squeezed rly rly hard for all of first period.  Then, I felt normal the rest of the day.

Besides second hand smoke, no.  I had a sip of alcohol once, that's it.
