Maybe when I get older I might have a beer every once and a while. But drugs, never.
To me, it would just be stupid. Plus, it's a waste of money for something that won't even last that long.

Sips of wine, beer, and all that. Alcohol doesn't taste good enough for me to want to drink enough to get drunk.

I've tried a little pot, once, but I dunno if I took enough to get high. >.> Either way it was pointless. I doubt I'll do any drugs again, but there's always a chance I would for curiosity's sake, just to know what it's like. But yeah, a total waste of money either way.

My mom's smoked all her life and my dad does like his drink. Because of that, I don't want to be how they are with that sort of stuff. My brother also does weed in the backyard all the time, and I'm not against it as much as I am other things, but it smells like poop.

The one thing that truly turned me away from alcohol was when my brother came home drunk one night and passed out on the floor. I had to drag him to his bedroom, literally, and put him in his bed. The kid is 200 something pounds. It wasn't easy for me when I was 15 years old.

I have tried drinking, and it was only in a state of real bad depression. I didn't like the way it tasted though, and the rest of the night at that party I felt alone not having drank anything. Still, I would never do it again.

alcohol has huge detrimental long term effects, you can have too much of it, and it can kill you.

on the other hand, a Weed high you can snap out of if you concentrate on something else, the only real long term health detriment is a shorter attention span, and it's basically impossible to OD on.

And... the alcohol thing I know, both of my grandfathers were alcoholics. Though they both died of lung cancer from smoking.

Medication for when I was sick, yes. Drugs for personal enjoyable no, and I don't plan doing drugs for personal enjoyment.
