Two topics in one!

First:

The New York Post is in heavy poop over that one. They're being called racist, and down right insensitive. Those poor fools. Nonetheless, they're being bashed by pretty much everyone right now. What are your comments on this...work?

Other topic:

Obama comes to Canada tomorrow, as his first out of state journey. While we wanted to show him good ol Canadian hospitality, and have him address Parliament, he is skipping on all of the pomp and circumstance - he's coming for business, and business only.

So, for the Canadians and political aficionados, what do you think of Obama's trip to the Great White North? What changes do you think could come as a result (Oil Sands discussion, yay) What do you think of his choice as first destination (Bush chose Mexico).

The NYP has become the only newspaper I respect now. That's one of the best political cartoons I've seen in a while.

I don't know why he'd be leaving the country if he hasn't even been president for a month. Too much poop he should be getting done.

I actually don't feel offended by that picture.(maybe a little) It's just a cartoon, although I can clearly see why it would be so offensive to people

And yet I didn't see anyone whining about Bush political cartoons. But that's OK because the media has our best interests at heart and provides only the best news in the most unbiased fashion.

Yeah it might be racist but many people agree a monkey wrote his plane. Not as in black people are monkeys T_T. Why do people always see the bad in everything.

I can see why people would be offended with the monkey thing (not that I personally care).
A regular cartoon I have no problem with, but the shooting of the monkey in (new england I think?) was a little unnecessary X_X;;
