yeah they do... btw, why are they sponsored by stupid stuff like freemafiagame and hip hop spinner! its pathetic, why dont they get a real sponsor like nintendo? oh wait, they copied nintendo! no one wants a little plageuristic lawsuit do they. also i heard the mods and admins were all nobodies on the other forums. real mods should be Narkren, Sly_JacGC and Zelda_Dude_92. now those guys were so charismatic i couldnt stop looking or laughing at their posts. Other people i'd consider for the job is Mario517, even though he was banned for newspapers.

The MODS here ARE the most well known Nsiders. They name/layout of the old Nsider was NOT copyrighted.

tthe two i mentioned with sly are his counterparts...
but seriously, ive never heard of the admins here... and the first site they created (while not under the domain name) read NINTNDO NSIDER FORUMS.... which im sure they did not have rights to using the word nintendo on a site title and Nsider is considered a copyright of nintendo so i suggest adding nessecary symbols when the words are used...

I don't know how you could go to Nsider and NOT see or hear about the MODS here. Nsider was not copyrighted.

Nintendo is a copyrighted trademark. Adding the "nessecary" [sic] symbols after the word implies that you have permission to use the trademark, which they don't.
Except they don't need to. "Nintendo" is a company name. Unless you're calling a company "Nintendo", you don't have much of a problem. I don't need permission from Nintendo to use the word Nintendo, or I wouldn't be able to write this post.
NSider could be considered to be a trademark, but "considered to be" doesn't mean poop in a court of law.

All this site needs is something to say it's not endorsed by Nintendo, and it's pretty watertight as far as lawsuits go.
