God darn Lance Vance.

He decides its a good idea to blow up a car we're driving, and then proceed to shoot everyone nearby. Then he died, and I failed the mission.

If it wasn't that then it was Wizrobe in Majora's Mask.

In Castlevania: Lament of Innocence, Pumpkin Head is really fun to play as. Usually causes me to suicide though. XD
But my last real death was playing Halo w/ Allegretto. I was running right next to him tea-bagging the ground next to him and we both got Rocket-d!

Star Ocean 3.

A very hard fight against Fayt and Sophia in the Urssa Cave Temple. I killed Sophia and the second Fayt remained.

Bad thing was that he could take anyone out with 3 hits. My Sophia was the last one remaining after he killed Maria (the one I was controlling). However, when I changed to Sophia to use a revitalizer, she was busy casting a long-duration spell that let Fayt finish her off, thus getting a Game Over and return there to fight those 2 again. >_<

I was playing Chaos Legion(Kudo's to anyone who has played this) and I was fighting the Final Bosses 2nd form. I've always had trouble with this form and I had gotten hit by Delacroix a little to much. And then I got a missile to the FACE! It hurt.

I got Huff N' Puff down to 4 HP and he did an attack that I had never seen in all my years of playing Paper Mario that did 15 damage.
