If it's just a sandwich I make real quick:
- Whitewheat bread, toasted
- Smoked Turkey Breast sliced thin
- Mustard, mayo
- Baked Lays

If it's Subway:
-Honey Oat bread
-Chicken Teriyaki
-Sweet Onion sauce
-Light lettuce
-American Cheese
