My fave would have to be FFX, for it's deeply intriguing and immersible world and story, colorful cast, dark undertones, amusing level up system, and it's ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS CG cut-scenes. The cut-scenes themselves have to be the selling point of this game. They are stunning, and rival that of the PS3's.

My least favorite would have to be...FF XII. I didn't really enjoy the new attack system, weapon and character upgrades seemed annoying to me, and I didn't really enjoy or view any of the cast as very memorable.

I swear, I'm going to torture the next person to steal another thread from me.

Favorite: Six/VI/3, whatever you want to call it. I would explain why I love it, but I'd be here for longer than I need to. The plot was great, and each character got to be in the spotlight for a while (Well, except Gogo and Umaro, by memory), the sidequests (And the little touches here and there), the abilities (Tool, Swordtech, Relics, RAGE...)...you know, to name a few.

Least Favorite: II. Just, WHAT THE HELL. I personally can't stand the experience system, even though it does make perfect sense, I can't freaking "level up" for the life of me.

On a side note, Final Fantasy X gets a mention for Blitzball, which plays like a much smoother version of Superman 64, retaining half of the suck with six times the water. And if you can explain how to level my characters up so they don't suck, that would be great. D=

Nayrman

Favorite: 9
Least: 8

Admittedly 7-9 are the only ones I've beaten and I've only played marginal pieces of 6 and 10

Well I have played through the game many times. You have to make sure that each character stays on their part of the Sphere Grid. For instance, you can't have Tidus learn Blizzaga and expect him to do much with it. It would be utter fail. Same goes for everyone. I tried teaching Yuna Dark Magic and she TOTALLY got obliterated.

Not to mention, not too many people pay attention to the small attribute spheres on the grid (like Atk, Def, etc.)you REALLY have to, and get as many as you can for each character because without those, your party is pretty much useless.

And I'm sure you know that proper equipment trumps them all in terms of usefulness ;)

えっちーせんぱい

^ I lol'd.

I've only played 7 and for some stupid ass reason never get very far in it, darn computer keeps getting reformatted by the time I get to the 2nd disc at most. I have 12 but I've only gone 25 hours into it, and I've had it 2 years if that says anything.

Favorite/FFVI Love the story and the Villan actually Gets away with most of his plan.XD Least Favorite FFVII The characters seemed like empty stereotypes and the only character i remotely liked was Red 13 .

•If we all reacted the same way, we'd be predictable, and there's always more than one way to view a situation. What's true for the group is also true for the individual. It's simple: overspecialize, and you breed in weakness. It's slow death.

Zero

My favorite is 9 and my least favorite is 12.

Favorite: 9 for sure. It had everything to "Feel" Final Fantasy, the older combat system, more newer and lengthy but great plot, everyone was rather memorable, great development, And this > Every other FF Final boss theme ever.. 4, 6, and 7 follow up rather closely behind.

Least Favorite: 2 and 12 sucked in about every single way possible. The plots were horrible, the leveling up was awful, the combat systems were awful, the characters were aw...Need I go on?

As for a list: 9 > 4 > 7 > 6 > 10 (Unsure between this-8 on here) > 3 (Oh wow I'm grinding biased) > 8 > 1 > 5 > 2 = 12, something like that.

3 of my friends smoke weed. Why? Well I asked one time, and this is what they said: "Because I can blow out smoke and it makes me feel like a intercourse ing dragon"

Rius

I've never beaten a FF game, I always stop at the final dungeon for some reason... >>

That said:

Favorite - IX, I really like the more fantastic setting the game takes place in.
Least Favorite - VIII, It's the only one I played where I felt no inclination to continue playing; from the very beginning.

Special mention to III for being so hard to make me ragequit for a period of time.

Magnum

Favorite: Tactics or IX
Least: III

Honorable mention goes out to II, because I still can't tell if I like or hate this game, its one of the two.

Oh Vesperia, never change... never change

That's probably because every Final Fantasy game that I've played requires you to fight some insane last boss that requires you to grind for hours before you can harm.

The_MasterSword1

My favorite is Probly FF III for the SNES
I'm going to be shot for this but, my least is actually FF VII. I'm sorry I personally think it's over rated.
