I Can Fly!

What if your favorite power up to see Mario use to fly?
I count whatever power up sends him in the sky, whether he can actually fly or not.
Also, I heard somewhere that the Red Star Mario is called Soar Mario and it stuck in my head, even though it seems no one else calls it that, is it really called that?

Either the Cape or the Fly Cap, but I'm going to lean more towards the Cape, considering it's everything great about the Raccoon Ears, multiplied by three.
