I believe that's an exaggeration. Mexican and Chinese food has more grease than any traditional fast food restaurant I know. Grilled and chicken sandwiches, especially in places like Chick-fil-a, are downright good for you. Do some research.

I don't need research, Fast Food isn't good for you, but it isn't bad for you UNLESS YOU EAT IT A LOT (like every day). If I eat a burger from McDonald's once a week, I'm not gonna be super unhealthy because I got it from a fast food place, there will basically be nothing different about my health.

2. i never said Mexican and Chinese food were better for you. I can't eat those either for the same reasons. this thread is about fast food, so that's what i was commenting on.
3. i never said they were still bad for you if you only eat it once in a while. nothing is bad if you eat it once in a while. im just saying i can't eat it during soccer season because it messes with my arteries and my running.

I've been to five guys once. it's a fun scene to chill with friends but the food sucks. i stuck with the peanuts that they give you by the barrel-full for the night.

If you haven't heard of Chick-fil-a...it's a place where they basically make burgers with chicken patties instead of beef.

clearly i do, they just differ greatly from yours. and i just looked up Chick-Fil-A and it doesn't exist in my state. the closest one is a few states away. no wonder ive never heard of it.
