Umm.. Try taking a nap in your room with the light off and the door closed, it usually works for me. That, or bang your head against something for ten minutes straight, and it will let some of the tension go. xP

i can help you. my uncle is a doctor ( this actually worked on me ):

take your 2 thumbs.
there is a cavity beneath your eye sockets, and also the top (base) of your nose meets there.
it is pretty small. one thumb on one, and another on the other one.
( this might hurt, but it releives headaches temporarily )

press upward hard and hold for about 10 seconds. itll releive you for a short time
