here's my rig, with the latest technology of 2012 in it
Surprisingly, that 5750 still keeps up with most newer games on full settings.

I don't find it surprising given your monitor resolution; you're more CPU-bound than GPU-bound around 720p.

QuoteThe CPU is an i5-3470, not sure why it doesn't say that.

Either the piece of hardware refers to itself using a family name rather than the exact model (AMD GPUs do this; they call themselves "7900 series" rather than 7950/7970/etc.) or it's a model that Piriform doesn't see often enough to add a specific identifier for; the 3570k was the popular one out of the Ivy chips.

I'll probably be putting together a Ryzen box at some point over the next year.

I'm going to attempt installing my new R9 270 soon, should be a nice update.

We got fibre a few months ago. It's pretty good.

Specs are probably different too.

Good job! I, Viewtifulboy, declare you the CHAMPION!

I'm the official winner of the Viewtiful Victory roleplay championship!

I don't even know what I'd do with downstream speeds like that, but I'll certainly take that 11ms ping.

Just upgraded to a GTX 1060, and I'll be getting a 1TB drive soon as well. Apparently my primary hard drive is actually a datacenter-grade drive. Great for reliability, but seek times are less than ideal.

So you're telling me that we can play video gamez now?

So apparently that GTX 1060 (6GB) is worth $600+ right now.
THANKS BITCOIN.

Right? Tempted to take my graphics card out. It'd pay for RYZEN build I've been wanting to do.

It jumped up to $1000 at one point, and that would've paid off a good chunk of my car loan. Oh well, I'd rather play video games.
