It's a winged koopa. I just watched the video again and you can see it clearly when you pause.

Because if you pause or rewind the video
you can see the colors white and yellow, and also is not an assist trophy, because the helpers appear, attack and they vanish, but they doesn't follow you around.

Uh... does that explain the green shell and shoes? It's obviously a paratroopa.

Green shell= Item in SSB AND SSBM

Shoes= Everybody in Sonic Franchise.

But still, it doesn't look like tails to me. It DOES look like a paratroopa, but with a green shell.
