What exactly happens during a lock-out? I was never at Nsider during a lock-out, but I was at Nsider during the frequent fad/spam/phisher raids in the Pokemon board.

A lock-out was when the site was undergoing maintenence (sp?) and if you logged out you couldn't log back in. I was in a lockout, and I was one of the last 200 people left.

Oh, I see. I thought it was something bigger because people made such a big deal out of it, putting "I survived the lockout of -insert date here- icons in their sigs". I think I survived one of those lockouts, then.

I was one of the 150(I think it was 150) of the users left in the lockout that happened sometime during Camp Hyrule. It even had an official thread.
