Least favorite boss?

Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link - Yet to play it
A Link to the Past - Moldorm (I don't even need to explain this one...)
Link's Awakening - Haven't finished yet
Ocarina of Time - Phantom Ganon (I always found him hard for some reason)
Majora's Mask - Twinmold (I wasted all the magic jars to quickly :()
Oracle of Ages - Haven't finished yet
Oracle of Seasons - Yet to play
Wind Waker - The forest one (I hated dodging the thawns)
Four Swords Adventures - Jahalla (Don't know why)
Minish Cap - Gyorg Pair (I always timed my jumps wrong)
Twilight Princess - Blizzetta (Difficult to choose because they were all easy)
Phantom Hourglass - Bongorongo (I Hated having to dodge the little things he sent at me)

Yeah, Molderm is a pain.

There is probably no other boss in ALTTP that is more annoying than Molderm is.

Gleeok in Phantom Hourglass. He was so rough he drained my two Purple Potions! Took me a while to figure out how to beat him.

Phantom Hourglass. God, those two drained my potions! It took me a while to figure it out. The Ice dungeon wasn't bad at all, however.
