I think it's subbed even though it doesn't say because I've seen people own it but the characters use a lot of expressions.

I think it's subbed even though it doesn't say because I've seen people own it but the characters use a lot of expressions.
I prefer fansubs anyway because the subbers tend to put in little comments sometimes about jokes that you would normally not get.  Like in Azumanga Daioh, when Osaka makes a pun that makes absolutely no sense in English but is mildly amusing in Japanese.
