The Outsider Blacklist knows all. I have personally never seen any of his/her old posts on Nsider, so I cannot tell if the blacklist article is warranted. Most, in my experience, are/were.

Of course, all users are welcome to make a fresh start here...but there's work involved on their end if they want to rebuild a tarnished rep. That's the way that it works.
