[The Riddler]

 As they traveled, Doodle and Bluaki grew closer. Doodle shamelessly flirted and Bluaki seemed to return the attention. Thought it nauseated Sync, he brushed it off. The three came closer to the base, and realized how heavily guarded it was. Doodle and Bluaki wanted to find another way in, but Sync decided to charge head first in through the front door. Doodle and Bluaki couldn't let him go alone, so they rushed back to his side. Waves of enemy soldiers came at them, but the determination of the three ultimately led them to triumph over their enemy.
Suddenly a wall collapsed to their side and an enormous energy knocked them to the floor. In the dust stood cookies, a newly appointed General of HylianSavior's army. By his side stood a taller figure, which Doodle instantly recognised as Riddler. cookies and Riddler rushed at the three full force. Sync and Bluaki worked together against cookies as Doodle faced off with Riddler. Doodle tried his hardest to not have to fight, and pleaded for Riddler to snap out of his trance. Riddler was unresponsive. cookies was blasting Sync and Bluaki into the ground, throwing insults at Bluaki for failing as a commander. Riddler threw a punch at Doodle and sent him flying accross the room into Sync and Bluaki. The three stood weakened, but still determined. Together they focused their attention on cookies, though Riddler was still throwing attacks.
cookies had enough. He unleashed a full blast that knocked everyone in the room, including Riddler, to the floor. He began to charge another, stronger, endall attack. Riddler stood up. He couldn't remember where he was, but saw Doodle and rushed to his side. Doodle welcomed Riddler back to reality. Riddler turned around and rushed at cookies. cookies threw waves of energy and Riddler, but Riddler pushed right through them. He jumped and threw a punch into cookies face. Everyone in the room felt the force of the hit. As cookies fell to the ground, he unleashed one final force of energy, and Riddler took the entire impact. Riddler fell, and both he and cookies laid lifeless.
Doodle stood over Riddler, shed a tear, and grew angry. He ran toward HylianSavior's quarters. Sync and Bluaki tried to keep up, but they were still weakened from the previous battle. More soldiers stood in Doodle's way, but his rage had built so strong that he put them down without even thinking. He finally reached the room and saw HylianSavior standing on the balcony. He didn't waste any time, and wasn't in the mood for any chitchat. The tyrant hadn't been prepared, but was still a power to be reckoned with. The two exchanged hits and it seemed as if it would never end. Finally, HylianSavior hit Doodle and sent him toward the edge of the balcony. Doodle hanged for his life and tried to climb, and HylianSavior laughed maniacly. Suddenly a shoe hit him in the back of the head. He turned to see the battered Bluaki and a shoeless Sync. HylianSavior noticed Bluaki and demanded (s)he finish off Sync, but it was to no avail as his control over (her)him had been broken. This made him furious, and he started toward them... but was stopped in his tracks. Doodle had climbed back up and jumped onto his back. HylianSavior tried to fight him off, but Doodle wrapped his arms around his head, and shifted his body around. HylianSavior gasped and fell to the ground. Doodle had snapped his neck.
Sync smiled and Bluaki ran to Doodle. (S)He kissed Doodle, and the three celebrated their victory over the evil tyrant. Sync was ready to go home, but Bluaki had another idea. (S)he picked up the tyrant's crown and suggested that if Doodle was powerful enough take out HylianSavior, he was powerful enough to rule the world himself. Sync denounced the idea and explained that if he puts the crown on, he will become just as corrupt. Bluaki continued to push Doodle toward the idea, knowing (s)he'd be second in command, though she didn't admit her intentions. Doodle didn't know what to do. The (wo)man he had begun to love was insisiting he do it, and his best friend was dead; he had no one else, why not?
Everything went black for Doodle. When he looked around, he only saw a person who looked himself. The person he saw clad in armor and wearing the crown, and had a very ominous feeling about him. He explained that he was the king, the lord, God. He charged at Doodle, who was left with no choice but to fight back. Good Doodle vs. Evil Doodle. Citizen vs. Ruler. Doodle decided that the world had no place for any kind of ruler, that people needed to live free and without fear.  He fought himself hard and came close to the end of his own life. With one final attack, Doodle attacked his evil self, and the person faded away. The blackness around him shattered, and he saw Sync and Bluaki still standing there. Bluaki moved toward Doodle, and Doodle took a deep breath. He lunged his fist into Bluaki's chest and ripped out (her)his heart. Bluaki fell to the ground, dead. Doodle proclaimed that the world needs less people with evil intent.
Sync patted Doodle on the shoulder. They walked to the balcony and shouted to the world that the war was over, their king was dead, and they were all free.

But overall good story, would read again.

Doodle needed to be his own real final boss. It was hard without some kind of fight your demons story. D:
