The Riddler

#16008
cookies is the protagonist, bluaki is their lover, Razer is the best friend, NARF is arrogant rival/ally, cookies is the antagonist, ChanServ is their henchman, echelon is the bad guy that defects to good, UltricularBacon is the traitorous ally, Riddler_Rob is the real final boss.

This story may be a little hard to read. For some reason, when I read cookies and bluaki as lovers, a Robot based story seemed to make the most sense to me. Read carefully.

Fifteen years ago, Professor Bluaki of Chatspike University achieved something man could only dream of until then: He built a fully realized artificially intelligent being. He built a robot capable of a full range of human emotions. It could think for itself, act for itself, live for itself. In the decade following his achievement, he founded Blutek, which manufactured thousands of similar artificial humans. Like the first created, these bots could live freely as they saw fit. Some of these A.H.'s even formed relationships with people, though some looked down on this act. Bluaki himself grew attached his creation, which he lovingly named Cookies. He and Cookies, and their dog Razer, lived happily together in peace.
Five years ago, the Echelon Corporation was founded by Echelon, a scientist with skills that could mirror Bluaki. The corporation started small, but grew as people who shared Echelons ideals joined in. This corporation built robots as well, but ones that could be more easily manipulated. You see, he set out to change the way humans lived with "artificals". He was one of many who felt that robots should not have the privelage of living alongside humans, that they should be put to work so that the true humans could live like kings. Little did the public know that he himself actually had one of Blutek's bots. His artificial was modeled after the first Blutek bot ever created.
One year ago, Echelon accidentally discovered a secret about Blutek's bots... they had an "activation code". If one were to say three specific words, the bot would lose it's free will, until the words were repeated. Whoever says the three word combination would be able to command the bot as he or she pleases. Echelon was watching an episode of South Park, in which the teacher who previously had a sex change discovered she was a lesbian. He laughed, and said "Male transexual lesbian". His Blutek bot froze up and remained actionless until it was acknowledged by Echelon at which point it said in a computerized voice, "Manual mode activated, please state command." Echelon began testing his limits.
Three days ago, Bluaki and Cookies were sitting down too lunch (the bots eat like humans as well), when there was a knock at their front door. Bluaki got up to answer it, and when he opened the door he was shocked. Stunned, he opened his mouth to question who it was, but it answered before the words were spoken. It said it was Cookies, and that it was here to collect Professor Bluaki. It promptly grabbed knocked out Bluaki, picked him up, and walked away. The real Cookies gave chase, but the new Cookies, hereinafter known as Imposter, was too fast. Cookies returned to it's home heartbroken, and couldn't figure out what to do. It asked Razer what to do. He barked and jumped around, and pointed it's nose at the front door. Cookies understood Razer, and immediately set out to find Bluaki. She ordered Razer to "stay."
Cookies knew Imposter was a Blutek bot, so she first went to the companies headquarters to search files for who owned another bot of its model. As it approached the building, NARF stopped it. He was an Echelon bot, employed by the Blutek company to work as a security guard. He displayed an annoyance toward the Blutek bot and how it felt it was inferior for being able to feel emotions, but recognized Cookies as important. He allowed Cookies to pass under strict surveillance. The two headed toward the records room and searched for model NSF-12C. They eventually found the name Echelon, and Cookies knew where to go. She started to leave, but NARF asked to join her, he was curious as to what his creator was up to, and told Cookies that it would need his help as a Superior bot. She allowed him to follow.
A day had passed as the two headed toward the Echelon tower, the corporations headquarters. Before they could reach their destination, they heard screaming. They looked around and saw an Echelon bot attacking a human. Cookies was shocked and backed away from NARF. NARF explained that he wasn't like that bot. ChanServ was an Echelon Assassinbot. NARF headed straight for the Assassinbot and ordered it to stop, but it attacked. Cookies ran to help NARF, and the two were able to fight it off long enough for it to enter a retreat mode. It fled and Cookies helped the human up. The human explained his name was UltricularBacon, and the assassinbot was after him because he planned to overthrow Echelon as head of Echelon Corporation, and actually had some backup. Cookies decided any enemy of her enemy was its friend, and asked him to tag along. He agreed.
The trio reached the Tower only to be greeted by Chanserv. It attacked without warning and quickly incapacitated NARF. UltricularBacon knew he wouldn't be able to fight, so he hid behind a bush as Cookies defended itself. Cookies wasn't a bot made for fighting, but it was physically able to. It  fought to the best of its ability, weakening Chanservs metal coating to the point where wires could be seen. Chanserv, however, overpowered Cookies and pinned it down. Just before it could kill Cookies, Razer arrives from seemingly nowhere and jumps at the assassinbot, biting it's wires and shutting it down permanently. Cookies jokingly reprimanded it's dog for ignoring its order, but welcomed Razer and thanked him. An etching on Chanserv's back indicated that this assassin bot belonged to Imposter.
Meanwhile, inside the Tower, Bluaki was being put to work by Imposter. Bluaki was instructed to fix the flaw all Echelon bots shared: Although they weren't meant to display any emotion, they were capable of it. This is because the founder stole blueprints and altered the design slightly to claim it was new. After some work was done, Imposter threw Bluaki into a holding cell. He started to cry a little before he heard a voice from two cells over. The voice apologized for everything. Bluaki questioned who it was, and he said his name was Echelon. He explained he found Bluaki's hidden feature in the Blutek bots, the manual switch. Bluaki was sure he didn't know what Echelon was talking about.
The three climbed the stairs of the tower hoping to find Bluaki, with Razer trying to follow a scent. NARF expressed resentment for the cowardly tagalong UltricularBacon, and wasn't hesitant to call him a "far inferior being." Ten floors up, Razer stopped in his tracks and growled. The three looked around and couldn't see anything. Suddenly the lights went out. When they came back on, Imposter had appeared right in front of the group. They took defense, but NARF and Cookies were struck with an electrical current, rendering them paralyzed. UltricularBacon knew he had to do something. He ran up the hall, and Imposter took chase. Razer waited with the two bots while they regained movement. Cookies decided it would be best to move forward now while Imposter was distracted.
They climbed another five sets of stairs and found what seemed to be a containment area. They explored it a bit and found a room full of jail-like cells. Inside, they found Bluaki and Echelon. Cookies wasted no time in bending the bars to release Bluaki, and NARF instinctively went to help Echelon but Cookies stopped him. Bluaki explained that it was alright, Echelon was not an enemy. He asked Echelon to tell them what happened. Before he could speak a word, Imposter had returned, this time with UltricularBacon by her side. Cookies called out to UltricularBacon, but he just laughed. Imposter moved in on the bots and Bluaki, while Echelon was still stuck inside his cell. UltricularBacon moved in specifically on Bluaki, but Razer jumped up and bit his groin, immediately taking him to the floor. NARF and Cookies cornered Imposter, but it jolted them again. They fell, again paralyzed. Imposter moved in Bluaki and swept him up, then left the room. Razer barked, but didn't chase, and waited for the bots to regain movement.
When they could finally move, Echelon called out to them, and asked them to free him. Cookies trusted Bluaki's earlier judgement and helped him. Echelon explained to them that for some reason Imposter locked him up in four days ago, and had been acting strange prior. He clarified that although he disagreed with Blutek bots and the ideals behind them, he never set out to destroy them. Cookies had enough of the conversation and demanded to know where Imposter may have taken Bluaki. Echelon led them to the top floor, the Presidential area. As they opened the door, they saw Bluaki chained to the table. Cookies rushed to help him, but was struck down by Imposter from the side. Bluaki saw Echelon and told him to do what he knows he has to do. Echelon nodded and quickly recited the words "PERIOD DEFINE DEACTIVATE." Imposter's eyes went white, and it fell to the floor. NARF moved toward Bluaki and broke his chain, and Bluaki ran to Cookies. He explained that every Blutek bot was built with a deactivation code that only the owner could use, but that Cookies would never have to worry because she is the only exception. NARF shook his head and laughed, since Echelon bots didn't have that feature. "Just another reason I am superior." Just as he said that, a door in the side of the room opened. Out walked a tall man wearing a cloak, with a remote in his hand. He pressed a button on the remote, and NARF fell to the floor lifeless. The cloaked man removed his hood. Both Bluaki and Echelon were shocked to see Riddler_Rob. Riddler_Rob was a former employee of Blutek in charge of updates and definitions, and was personally in charge of building Echelon's NSF-12C bot. He was eventually fired for misuse of authority, and was later hired by Echelon to help build the corporation. Riddler_Rob explained that he had altered Imposter before sending it to Echelon, knowing that Echelon would grow in power, and used it to take over the Corporation. He revealed that it was fully his intention to destroy Blutek, and create a world full of controllable mechas. He also explained that UltricularBacon was one of his followers, and once he realized that Riddler_Rob was the one in charge, his allegiance quickly reverted. Bluaki called him a monster, and Riddler_Rob pressed another button on the remote. Two Echelon carrier bots entered the room and lifted Bluaki and Echelon away. Cookies tried to chase them, but the door shut in it's face. Cookies turned toward Riddler_Rob angrily, and moved into attack. Riddler_Rob pressed a button on the remote which launched a taser-like bolt at Cookies, but it didn't seem to effect it this time. It actually helped to fuel it's strength. Riddler_Rob was shocked and backed into a corner. Razer rushed in as well, and latched onto Riddler_Rob's leg, making him scream in pain, and dropping the remote. Cookies punched Riddler_Rob with enough force to knock him through the wall... and straight to the ground thirty stories below. He hit the ground with a thud and laid lifeless.
Cookies picked up the remote and hit the door button to find Bluaki and Echelon were safe. Echelon had an extra deactivation switch for just such an occasion. Cookies and Bluaki kissed, and the three moved back to NARF. Echelon opened NARF's chest plate and fixed a fuse, awakening the bot. Razer barked and jumped around happily. Suddenly UltricularBacon stormed into the room screaming and flailing his arms, but Razer jumped and bit his groin again. He fell to the ground crying and the group laughed.
Today, Bluaki and Cookies are sitting down to lunch. Echelon is visiting and NARF is accompanying him. Echelon has sworn to alter his ways, and though he will continue to build bots that are made to work, he won't make them lifeless, and he won't build dangerous bots. NARF insisted all bots should be built like him, "Superior to the world!" Cookies and Bluaki look lovingly into eachothers eyes, and Razer jumps up on their laps and licks their faces.

THE END. HAPPY ENDING YAY.

You two are no fun.
You see, .define plot in chat gives us interesting stories.

This one was interesting because bluaki and cookies were lovers, and both ChanServ and NARF were included.
I had to make a justifying story.
