I always put the pizza go a cookie sheet, because I'm not exactly sure what to do with pizza stuck to the rack.

Not really. 2 Large Hawaiin at 14 bucks is only slightly more expensive than buying, say, Delissio, and tastes way better. In terms of making it myself (which I've done), it's a bit more expensive - but my time is worth something too.
