Some Mexican site put up Serebii's list with all the pictures.  I'm not too concerned about it.  Why don't they just do worldwide releases?

Nintendo has gone way too far with this one. First region locking the DSi, now this? Why is there region locking anyway? If someone is a big enough fan to import a game in a language that they don't even understand, they are probably big enough fans to buy it again.

And they wonder why people pirate their stuff.

There is going to be a huge backlash. DMCA has a section for fair use within media. As someone that has spent the last three years covering Nintendo events, releases, etc. I am scared to continue on. Obviously, because I moved, I'm no longer paid for it, but it still raises a point - what happens now?
