It's both the Pokedex 3D and Excitebike 3D for free, the latter actually having a deadline before a price tag is slapped on it.

I remember Nintendo pulling off that exact same sleazy move with the Internet Channel on the Wii.

The browser was only 5 bucks anyway and you had practically forever to download it before they started charging for it. And then they made it free again and gave people who bought it a game.
