The blue-pink light streak effect is very nice. You also picked a very good render of Presea. The only thing I don't like about it is the text. It's nice, but I'm not a big fan of text on sigs in the first place.

I actually rendered it myself. As for the text. I had nothing better. So meh. I tried to make it look embedded. Didn't work so whatever.

No, that's the wand tool. You don't have to erase much, if at all. if you zoom in and do it well.
