My mom knows that I go on forums, IM, and she probably even knows that I have porn on this computer. I was caught with porn on a computer twice before and little happened. She just sorta scolded me a little bit. But now I'm past 18 years of age, so it's perfectly legal, and this is my computer so she probably figures I'll do what I want with it.

Besides, there are so many times she walks into my room really fast and I suddenly have to make myself decent. She never says anything, but I'm sure she knows.

Pretty much anything in my house is a key to my door and my parents' door. There a circle thing on the outside you just have to turn, with a notch in it. Just stick like a penny or something in it and you can unlock the door ^_^

But they never knew about the 21.1 gigs. Hell, my parents don't even know what my background is, let alone know what's actually on this laptop. They don't really care, because it's obviously going to be my fault if something breaks, so they don't have to lecture me when something does break.
