Should have been a Model 1 Genesis with the bottom CD drive and metal prongs for 32X.  :D

That's like at least 3 feet right there, you can't do much more unless you get more Sonic and Knuckles carts and a model 1 Genesis with a model one Sega CD on it. THAT would be the tallest.
