I don't own the 3DS, but hearing that it's Rayman I'd say probably.

It's a port with supposedly 3D effects that don't show up too often. Totally skip this game, even if it's the Dreamcast version.

Well then I suppose it was a good choice if you're the type of person that usually plays games for the graphics.
I'm still waiting on the release for the good games which is not to far from now.
