don't want to tell you how to do your job, but it seems to me more people will like you and you won't lose your position if you were nicer.  Yeah, rulebreakers need to be punished, but that's just it.  Ban them, suspend them, or something like that.  What's the point of insulting them?  I dunno...

If I banned them I would have to deal with the other admins complaining about that too.

I've had them complain about me banning members that I didn't even ban, so I can see them doing it about members that I did ban.

Why are they complaining?  Do they not want people to follow the rules and to make this a safe place?  This doesn't make sense to me...
