It's a hidden folder, annoying as hell to find /facepalm

system32 is ridiculously easy to find. :|

find all the applications you never use and uninstall/delete them.  then run ccleaner again.

Delete System32

Works like a charm :)

What is system 32? are you pulling my leg? how do I delete it?
Kidding, kidding >_>

If you delete one file in it, Windows can't run.

I'm not even sure if you CAN delete it...
I've deleted it before :)
And no, most of the files in there are unnecessary. For certain files though, Windows can't run without them. A few examples are explorer.exe, shell32.dll, winlogon.exe, svchost.exe, etc.

Do this

get AVG for an antivirus, also faster, and better

use CCleaner (Ccleaner.com)

Disk clean using Window's disk cleaner

Defrag it

scan using AVG antispyware (All avg stuff can be found at free.grisoft.com)

and use a more efficient firewall

I use Comodo, but it slows down a bit when it asks to accept a connection for programs

I recommend zoneAlarm if your computer is slow

Reformat the hard drive and reinstall Windows, add some RAM.
