Can't say that I really would nuke anybody. I mean look at it, say you nuke your enemy. Well whenever a nuke goes off people take note. I'd rather not do anything that would risk WWIII.

On second thought, I'd nuke Antarctica. They've not once assisted in humanitarian efforts across the globe, they've remained neutral in every war fought and several people have gone missing over there without any explanation as to why from their government. They're obviously hiding something, I say we make a pre-emptive strike.
