You're sharp. I stumped my previous math teacher with that one. How about this:

e^(πi) = cos(π) + isin(π) = -1 + 0i = -1
e^(3πi) = cos(3π) + isin(3π) = -1 + 0i = -1
e^(πi)  = e^(3πi)
ln(e^(πi)) = ln(e^(3πi))
πi = 3πi
1 = 3

you round the 2.4's down to 2, and the 4.8 up to 5, so there you go 2+2=5
