It's a darkness spell. When your character is attacking at night, and you land a powered up attack, PLUS hitting a weakness on your opponent, it'll do 9999 damage. >:]

Baten Kaitos Origins, Aphelion Dustwake. A comet literally sweeps up the entire area and it does immense damage.

Also, The Prophecy from Skies of Arcadia: Legends. (I think that's already been mentioned).

Oh yea, and any finishing move by Kratos in any of the God of War games.

In R-type final the mega wave cannon. you unleash a huge blast of glowing blue energy that can destroy every boss in the game with one hit. Even the final boss can be destroyed by it in a one shot.

Aphelion Dustwake is the most powerful single, but the Apotheosis is the most powerful overall.
