Depending on the circumstances if the kid was acting like an idiot they should be punished to. For example if the guy says he's 20 and the kid still runs off with him anyway.
Adults know the age of consent and they are the ones responsible for respecting that.

No..All we know is the kid is not knowing of the dangers of what could of happened even if he did know and still did it.

No..All we know is the kid is not knowing of the dangers of what could of happened even if he did know and still did it.
I don't know, I'm just throwing ideas out there. If the kids knew there would be a ounishment they'd be less likely to run off with strangers.

Mr. 56 year old shouldn't be messing around with them in the first place. Unlike children, adults are more mature and capable of making decisions. Where as most children are more or less oblivious to their surroundings.
