Depending on the circumstances if the kid was acting like an idiot they should be punished to. For example if the guy says he's 20 and the kid still runs off with him anyway.

Adults know the age of consent and they are the ones responsible for respecting that.

No..All we know is the kid is not knowing of the dangers of what could of happened even if he did know and still did it.

No..All we know is the kid is not knowing of the dangers of what could of happened even if he did know and still did it.

I don't know, I'm just throwing ideas out there. If the kids knew there would be a ounishment they'd be less likely to run off with strangers.

But if kids knew there was a punishment for being stupid they wouldn't be as keen to run off with pedos and the pedos would have no one to kidnap. If the kid was kidnapped against his will that's a different story. I'm talking about the kids who know the guy is 56 and they run off with them anyway.
