O.o i have 7 of them running, and one of them is using a poop load of ram(compared to the other ones)

maybe reboot?

yes, reboot.

If you ever want a manual BSoD, terminate all instances of svchost.exe in Task Manager :-X

Um... I think of the seven running processes of svchost.exe, two or three of them will cause BSoD upon termination. Terminating one randomly has a chance either way of getting or not getting BSoD.

I've never got a BSoD from closing them, I just get a Warning: Shutting down in __ seconds.

You need them. You might be able to randomly shut one of them down, but it might make you restart.
