You really should play Kid Icarus, and the next Zelda is supposed to be so different from TP. Like you won't even recognize it.

Animal Crossing Wii has a very good chance of being at E3, even if there is some other big announcement.
I hope New Super Mario Bros. 2 is a 2.5D remake of the American Super Mario Bros. 2. :)

The video is even scarier. It looks like no skill is invovled. Just riding on rails and holding right and the game plays itself. I was hoping it played like Rush but that doesn't seem to be the case X_X;;

I just like Nintendo's franchises because they are so refreshing. If you can say good thing about Nintendo, it's that they make incredibly stylized games while everyone else is going crazy with realism. Except for a few exceptions, of course.

But that success was a major one. I personally would like to see Doshin the Giant localized because it only came out in Europe and Japan. Even Stafy would be good.
I wish Nintendo would team up with Capcom again. They created some of the best Zelda games together. Namco would also be good, Mario Kart Arcade GP was pretty sweet.
But Nintendo, Pilotwings. PLEASE. You denied making a F-Zero sequel in America for seven years, we are long overdue for a new Pilotwings. They own the rights to the name, and that Wii Motor Sports Airplane tech demo proves they have the gameplay mechanics in order. All they need to do is flesh out the physics and features.
Again, like I've said in many E3 threads, when has Nintendo ever listened to fans?
Just give us F-Zero and Nintendo can be on it's way to making more shovelware crap X_X;;

Metal Gear Solid 4 was the first time I played the PS3 in around 4-5 months. And I loved it.
I just like Nintendo's franchises because they are so refreshing. If you can say good thing about Nintendo, it's that they make incredibly stylized games while everyone else is going crazy with realism. Except for a few exceptions, of course.
Only a few series have been refreshing lately. I wish Nintendo would try more origional IP's. They're getting to series happy (Sakurai may have been right in leaving). Their only big success from last gen is AC. Pikmin sold moderatley well but I doubt they'll fix the gameplay problems...

Anyway, I never had problems picking one Pikmin. I just turned the camera to a better view so I knew where I was standing.
Also, what the hell other commands do you want?
C-Stick forms them into a line
I believe the D-Pad will cycle through Pikmin
A does whatever, mainly throw Pikmin
B is whistle
And Pikmin 2 added more strategy than "throw Pikmin and see what happens" It was more of "throw this kind of Pikmin and see what happens". Doesn't seem like an addition, but 30 White Pikmin helped with those darned Snagrets >:(

Nintendo started the fad, but it's the companies that take advantage of the naivety of casual gamers that is ruining it.
I still remember reading about Nintendogs, way back in early 2005 before the casual stuff got popular. I was like, "Looks interesting. Leave it to Nintendo to always innovate." I played it and was impressed. It was the game that got the DS off the ground. Because of Nintendogs, developers started to take the DS seriously.

Yes. And the fact that Sonic Unleashed is a multiplatformer gives me scary thoughts.
I mean, look at every sonic game that's been on more than one system. THEY SUCK.
The video is even scarier. It looks like no skill is invovled. Just riding on rails and holding right and the game plays itself. I was hoping it played like Rush but that doesn't seem to be the case X_X;;

It's one thing to use old technology in good ways, but using outdated when there is no need to is getting annoying. DS-fine Wii- come on this system is not worth $$250.
THis E3 is a real breaker for me. They said they'd have more "core gamer" games, but if that turns out false (which I seriously think it will), I'll probably move over to PS3 for most of my gaming until next gen...

It was supposed to come out in Japan on July 3rd, but it was pushed back and the release date has been postponed indefinitely to ?increase the quality of the finished product?.
You really should be asking what happened to Sadness, there hasn't been one piece of info released to the public in over two years, yet its release date is guaranteed to be 2008.

It's not a bad game. It's rather good. But it's trying to be OoT, just like Wind Waker was. Aonuma needs to get over the fact that nothing will be as good as OoT if he keeps rehashing everything. He needs to go back to the MM roots and try something unique

Windwaker trying to be OOT? Windwaker wasn't anything like OOT. Even if it was, it was more memorable than OOT because the characters had emotion. I'd Zelda Wii to follow Wind Waker style, just without a required and expensive sidequest-like thing in the game (collecting triforce shards).
I wonder what Pikmin 3 will add. The addition of three pikmin types, caves, and two captians in the second were huge changes and I doubt they can make a change as big.
I actually like New Super Mario Bros, but adding tons of unneeded power-ups to the series is annoying. I hope we don't get yet another 3 or 4 new non-flying powerups.
Isn't Sonic Unleashed also on PS2 and Wii? I have actual hopes that it'll be the best game since the downfall started with Heroes and I also hope for a decent Chao system to be in it.

Agreed. I don't get why Zelda II is considered so good by many people.

Every other temple in the game was semi-ripoff of OoT's dungeons to a certain extent.
(besides maybe Temple of Time)
Again, it's a really ood game, but it's not OoT good merely because it tries to do the same thing. I want more unique-ness like MM was when it came out.

I'd Zelda Wii to follow Wind Waker style, just without a required and expensive sidequest-like thing in the game (collecting triforce shards). Triforce hunting was annoying. But another WW styled game would be good...
I wonder what Pikmin 3 will add. The addition of three pikmin types, caves, and two captians in the second were huge changes and I doubt they can make a change as big.
I actually like New Super Mario Bros, but adding tons of unneeded power-ups to the series is annoying. I hope we don't get yet another 3 or 4 new non-flying powerups.I liked the shell. But the Mini Mushroom was just...worthless. We better get a cape in the next one.
Isn't Sonic Unleashed also on PS2 and Wii? I have actual hopes that it'll be the best game since the downfall started with Heroes and I also hope for a decent Chao system to be in it.

Yes, the new Zelda game should be in a Windwaker style. I don't know if it would be pushing it to making it a sequel to Phantom Hourglass or not, because that game, like Windwaker, has an open ending where you don't know what happens afterwards.
Bluaki, a different team is handling the Wii version. Dimps, the makers of the Rush series are handling the Wii/PS2 versions, and Sonic Team is handling the rest. I too, hope for a Chao system.

A DS re-release of EarthBound and the other two games would be awesome, but it would never happen.
It takes a long time to translate a game like Animal Crossing, they probably are already translating it.
I'm curious about the art style they are gonna use for it. Based on the Animal Crossing Movie saying "See you in Wii!", I think it will be more anime-like.
