Y'know what I mean? (http://youtube.com/watch?v=QmcKGcKW76M)
If you don't think those cartoons are better than the crap we have now, then you're an idiot. We're getting a bunch of random crap now, with a few diamonds hidden in the same pile of crap. Look back then, in the 90's. Look how good some/most of those shows were! Then compare them to the stuff we have today. The 90's and some of the 80's win over.
So what's your favorite cartoon from the 90's? Yes, from the 90's. It doesn't have to be on that list in the video. My favorite is...actually a 4-way tie. So I'll list 'em later.
Even those of you mature Nsiders have watched these classics.

Rocko's Modern Life was the best.
Is that some Candlejack at 3:49? I never knew he was in the
I used to remember the opening song of Tiny Toons Adventures. :(
My favorite cartoon of the 90's was definitely Pokemon. I was OBSESSED with that show. I also liked Rugrats if that was 90's.
You just ruined my day with those great memories :(
Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, Dexter's Lab, Rugrats, and CatDog are all on the same level for me.
Sadly, none of them air here anymore. :(
I met the guy who voiced the Brain, BTW. :O

They used to show some of those episodes on Nicktoons...but they stopped airing Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Pink and the Brain. They still show CatDog sometimes, but they stopped airing Rugrats. Dexter You'll have to buy on DVD.
Really!? :O

I was like three, so I really didn't know who it was. But I met him.
Oh, I forgot about Rocko's Modern Life.
Tom and Jerry. Short but sweet, IMO.
Megas XLR. Too bad they cut it so soon.
Poke'mon (when it was in it's first season). Once they got to Jhoto, they started trailing off in quality. Now adays it's crap.
DragonballZ (Yes, it's a lot of talking and yelling in it, but I still enjoyed it due to the dramatic battles.)
Doug, Rocko's modern life and Rugrats ruled the planet!!
also does any one remember Bobby's world? :)
Tiny Toons Adventures, Animaniacs, oh, and the best one, Freakazoid!

I hate what studio's today have done to animation. I could watch shows like Animaniacs today and catch jokes I missed as a kid cuz they actually tried at being funny instead of mindless dribble and toilet humor. Spongebob was okay cuz it was the first one now that's all animation is.

It kind of reminds me of the CN of old...
You know, when all they had was cartoons?
Also, those generic plot lines are:
1. Character wants to buy something, but has no money and must raise it themselves. Hilarity ensues.
2. Character goes on vacation with family/friends and something strange happens. Hilarity ensues.
3. Character has a crush on another character of the opposite sex and tries to impress them. Hilarity ensues.
Just a few, based on all of the cartoons I watched from the 90's.

better than no plot. And I'm not sayin all these are good (some were HORRIBLE) but better than today's stuff.
Batman the Animated Series: OMG my favorite show as a little kid. I think I've seen every episode a million times.
DarkingDuck and Goof Troop: The last time Disney actually tried...now they completely rely on Pixar to make them their money.
Batman Beyond: At least they TRIED...

I remember how mad I was when the Writer's Strike happened.
Then I realized that they make crap anyway.
Reality shows have pretty much ruined TV...
don't even get me started on reality shows...
I've given up on all TV except for those shows on E that make fun of other shows.
The Internet is the medium of the 21st century, as long as Net Neutrality stays intact.
I only watch ESPN for sports stuff now.
Net neutrality? Like that'll last. Big corporations are going to find a way to intercourse us all over. They've done it before X_X;;

Well, at least there is a bill in the Canadian and US Senate making Net Neutrality a national law.
Doubt it will pass is America, but it will probably pass in Canada.
I shouldn't have to pay to go to certain sites. The reason why TV viewing/movie attendance is down is because Hollywood keeps making crap. If they made a truly great movie, everyone would see it. Don't blame the Internet because you can't bring in moviegoers.
If the Net Neutrality bill isn't passed by 2012, it will be gone and major companies will own the Internet.

since when has the american government concerned itself with the actual people? X_X;;
Like I said, we're all screwed. Hollywood hasn't made a decent origional movie in years. All the good stuff is based on OTHER stuff. And every time they have GOOD idea they somehow intercourse it up. Look at "Wanted" That may have been good, but they spoil with with Jolie and try to make it a "blockbuster" which it didn't have to be. Stupid overhyping.
Trust me when I say one of my goals in life is to change that with my works...

Poke'mon (when it was in it's first season). Once they got to Jhoto, they started trailing off in quality. Now adays it's crap.battles.)
IMO, Master Quest was when it lost quality. Johto Journies was pretty good.

I love I.M. Weasel's opening. Rugrats had some excellent episodes back in the first season. The one when Chuckie swallows a watermelon seed is a classic, along when Tommy spills apple juice on the tree and think it gets sick, and when Spike runs away "Didi! The gerbils have reproduced!" :D
Darkwing Duck. 'Nuff said. Oh and Batman.
