New games don't hold it for me, I can play them a few times, beat them, then never touch them again.

Old games from the late 70's, 80's, and early 90's can keep me occupied for hours. They just play different.

Sonic Adventure 2: Battle kept me playing for about four years.  Everything past that wasn't that great.  Everyone else liked the earlier games, I didn't that much :-X

Pok?mon Diamond got a month out of me.  Melee got a lot out of me, mostly because I couldn't get the characters at first, deleted file to train for Brawl, and wanted to unlock everything that I didn't get in the previous files.  Animal Crossing/WW is a great game for replay value, same with Kirby Canvas Curse if you're going for the full 100%.

Brain Age/BA2, Guitar Hero, Super Mario Galaxy...  They didn't keep me occupied for long.  It's a month or less with most games I've been buying recently :(
