Well, Sakurai didn't even really want to make a Smash Bros game, but when he saw that Nintendo was going to attempt to develop it themselves, he demanded to make it.

Unfortunately, it seems he got a little lazy half-way through development and just decided to scrap most of the ideas he wanted to put in. Plus, Nintendo and retailers were mad that he kept pushing the date back.

Tuppy frightens me with his knowledge of legacy technology.

I also seem to remember some Yoshi guy who posted a lot of joke threads.

Me and him and a few others started the 2%. :D
Good times, although we got into trouble a bit.

As for the sketch itself, I am amazed at the detail!
I would have liked to see some more characters from the obscure side of the spectrum.

I saw that site and wanted to join, but didn't see that many people online.

I think I've drawn something close to that sketch, but never really finished it.
It's probably long gone somewhere now.
