So what's your point, Kellen? That everybody should be high all the time so they don't get hurt by intoxicated drivers?
"I like cigarettes, Mrs. Taggart. I like to think of fire held in a man's hand. Fire, a dangerous force, tamed at his fingertips. I often wonder about the hours when a man sits alone, watching the smoke of a cigarette, thinking. I wonder what great things have come from such hours. When a man thinks, there is a spot of fire alive in his mind-and it is proper that he should have the burning point of a cigarette as his one expression..."

FINALLY, someone understands me.

phatyo

No...If they legalize it all my friends will be like sweet. Now I can smoke weed and not have to make a stupid excuse about it.
Dumbass#1:Did you know smoking pot helps your back?
Me:          No so you have back problems?
Dumbass#1: No.
Me:             Then why do you smoke it?
Dumbass#1:Cause it helps your back and weed does a lot of good things.
Dumbass#2: Your just a vagina-y for not smoking weed.
see most pot heads will argue on how much weed helps people even tough they don't need the help.
Phatyo, the problem there isn't weed. It's stupid friends.

As petenik said, the problem isn't with the weed, it's with your friends.

I say yes.

How often have you heard of people dying from Marijuana?
And with all the trouble people go through to catch the users...it's definitely not worth it.

They're not hurting anybody...It should be a person's choice, just like smoking cigarettes.

and phatyo - if they legalized it i'm pretty sure they'd set an appropriate age for it, probably 21, considering It's very similar to alcohol.
and if your friends are 21 and still think things like that, then they're already lost causes...
and I do believe that it should have all the same laws as Alcohol, considering it's a hallucinogen, and can affect your judgement. Such as with driving.

But then they'd have to think of something that can test if you are high, kinda of like with alcohol...but who knows what they could think of.

It's fun trying to watch them pass it off as "not addicting".
That's because it isn't.
It's the one drug that isn't addicting.

It's not PHYSICALLY addicting.

However, mental addictions can occur with anything
