WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON IN ADVENTURE MODE?

Rayquaza lives in the ozone, coming out in times of trouble. I'm guessing its been disturbed from its peace, causing it to attack because it thinks Fox and Diddy did it. But the ancient minister is powerful. Rayquaza may be brainwashed.

I hope they add a lot of bosses to it so I can play as them with action replay (no worries I am no online cheater)

heres the only logical answer i could come up with (im not exactly a logical person in general) every character might have their own story on the subspace embissary, depending on who u chose. diddy must have not heard of the whole primid attack thing going on, and was minding his own buisness when he found fox's ship. requaza was probably ordered by The ancient minister to destroy him like petey pirhana (or there couldve been something in the water, i dont know) requaza tried, fox saved diddy and i have a feeling thats not the last we'll see of rayquaza. hes probably a boss. im guessing the ancient minister has some connection with master hand, because master hand could order random nintendo characters to do his bidding. phew, my fingers hurt!

I disagree with most of that post.

Rayquaza - along with most Pokemon of its stature - are wild and are hard to be tamed. It would certainly be hard for the Ancient Minister to do that, and would waste much of his time doing so. Rayquaza probably just attacked because it was disturbed by the crash. Also, I think Master Hand will just remain in Classic Mode, like always. But, everyone is entitled to their opinion, so I applaud your idea. ;)

I do think that Rayquaza will return as a boss, however.

Perhaps, but did you see Ancient Minister tell Rayquaza to use Hyper Beam? That Rayquaza was most likely wild.

Hmm... A bit farfetched there, but anything can happen. After all, it is Super Smash Bros. I guess will just have to see what happens when it comes out, now won't we?
