NSider2 staff,

It's been a difficult decision for me to have to let go of Andrea and Ray, I know Andrea helped out a lot of you guys and at some degree some of you (Sk8terland) are very loyal to her, I understand this, but at the same time loyalty to a person should not interfere with your loyalty to the community.

I, like you work, for the community, to ensure its survival, spam free environment and its progressive transformation into a much larger, bigger place to call home.

I have talked to Andrea over the phone and thanked her for the hard work she did for the forums, but ultimately I will do what is best for the community as a whole, not what's best for one individual.

I'm re-organizing the admin position, the issue with this position is that most people take it as a position of power, not responsibility... I want to change this and give responsibility above all.

Admins will now have their own title and become "name of feature here Admin" for example, market admins will become that, Market Admins, Staff Admin, Battle System Admin etc.

This will secure that an individual member or team is responsible for specific functions around the forums, instead of how it's currently done in which one member managed several aspects of the forum, wearing them down FAST, this will relieve a lot of the tension admins like Andrea had to endure at times.

There were a few previous admins which I did not agree with letting go, Hyrulian_Royalty was a great admin, which Andrea wanted out because she felt she could take care of the Market feature better, I have since contacted Hyrulian_Royalty and asked him to return.

I know some of you have opted to not be active moderators anymore, that is your decision and I cannot change it, every person is free to make their own choice, all I can do is ask you to weather the storm and hold on tight, things will get better faster than they get worse.

A merger with NSF is in the works, the deal is to consolidate our resources with Snorkel and have Snorkel run day-to-day NSide2 routine, replacing me as head admin, which will free up time for me to continue working the expansion of the site.

I trust that Snorkel and myself will do our best to make sure the community stays strong, NSF doesn't have a lot of members, members is not the reason why I want us to merge with NSF, it's Snorkel who has a proven record of being a patient and calculative admin which I'm mainly interested in, a person to replace my role, one which I had hope previous admins could fill, but as mentioned before it was not possible due their various issues.
