My School's Bio Teacher failed half of the freshman class... again :P

So today I learned I passed Bio but at the parent teacher conference I wasn't about to go on a line that filled half of the room just to talk to the worse teacher in the school on why I got a 67 on my mid-terms, the only mid-term i ataully studied for. In fact half of the freshman class will now be getting some edumaction from him because the fail his and another class. Also if you think he's not a bad teacher then your wrong.

Last marking period over 40% of the students fail once class. bio.

I am not making this stuff up. Our bio teacher has once again done it. He has proved he speaks utter gibberish and should be fired. Sadly he is our only teacher in our school with cappable knowlege of the subject though so we are stuck with him for another semster of failage.

So once again I prepare for the worst.

Maybe you should consider the possibility that it's your fault, not his. If he's that stupid, just play his game and get on with your life. It's not going to seriously damage you if you're smart enough.

don't teachers usually get into trouble if they fail half their class?  usually it's a sign that they can't teach poop and/or they don't care if they teach anything.

Sometimes.  But students in the class aren't supposed to know everything in the course before the semester starts... otherwise there's no point to having the class.

In 8th grade, there was a teacher in my old school who would always send stundents to the office if the question wasn't asked correctly. He failed half of my class because he didn't like the students. He was my Science teacher but, now in my freshmen year, I have a better teacher. Just hope you get a better teacher next year.

I had a teacher like that before in my Senior year. I called him a pedofile because he had "relationship" (nudge nudge wink wink) wtih a female student before she turned 18. They are married now.

I have a similar story. My algebra teacher basically spoke in a monotone, all the students complained about him, most of the girls saying how he would look down their shirts...eww....

Back to the point though, HE FAILED THE ENTIRE ALGEBRA CLASS. I would have been in an honors geometry class if he hadn't failed me. I understood all the concepts.

There's actually a rumor going around saying that a boy found a pin in his bag saying "So many boys, so little time." I'm scared now, my gf's in his class.
