The person being the mask is really evil, and although Ganon, Bowser, and Dedede might be evil, not only are they playable, but there's one that is even more evil.

The man I think is behind the mask is....

It's so obvious. His manipulative tactics, his gouging prices, his constant threats, make him one of the most villainous Nintendo characters ever. :P

Tom was in the background of Smashville, Pit was playing. Pit unleashed a FS and Nook had that face.
