i need help-Ubuntu

ok since everyone sais not to get freespire ill stick with Ubuntu but i cant go online with it..... i have a NETGEAR WG311v3 802.11g wireless PCI adapter and i need software for it on Ubuntu but idk how to get software for it to go online....i really want to stop using windows.....

sooooo any1 know how i can get software for it........

i've never done any of that command line crap with linux, so i was wondering if there is a guide that i might be able to print out or so to help me install it or what ever....

Considering the CUI is EVERYTHING for Ubuntu...you better learn to use it. If you prefer GUI, stick to Windows.
