Could work, but unless there was an attachment, it'd mean having to balance the Wiimote on your shoulder while trying to play the game.  Unless you're good at staying perfectly still, that's probably not a good idea. ><

I'd sooner take an actual headset over trying to perform a balancing act, but that's just me.

i think someone asked about that in nintendo power and they responded by saying that its possible but annoying to have to talk to people online
