Regarding the GIF Movie Gear program...why don't the timings between frames save properly?

This image is supposed to move much faster. There's supposed to be a delay of only 4 between each frame. It should move basically just as fast as it does in this flash:

So yeah, if anyone could speed it up to about that fast for me, that'd be great. What would be even better is if someone who uses GIF Movie Gear could tell me why the hell the timings aren't saving in the final product.

Christ, I know several of you at least have animation editors of some sort and could speed that up very easily.

Microsoft GIF Animator doesn't support swf :(

Okay, I loaded in Firefox, and it's the speed I wanted.

But in Opera, it's not.
