Urban Dictionary says a snorg is: " A grunting, snorting, or animal noise that is made when making a twitching face when humping or when in the action of mating."

Upon Googling, though, it seems that snorgtees.com is a website that produces a new shirt every now and then. They seem to be making various attempts at humor, but are not doing a very good job.
