Why do YOU drink energy drinks?

I swear, there is a guy at my school that drinks about 5 monsters before school every morning.
I ask him why but he always says,"I don't know" and just smiles at me with messed up teeth.
If you do, why do drink them?

I don't really drink them.
But if my mom let me, I would drink the T-Virus Antidote energy drink thing. So I wouldn't become  a zombie and eat people. Or well, cause it tasted good. >>
Its pretty bad though. >> (I only got to drink one.)

People drink them for the same reason that they drink coffee, to get a caffeine jolt. And I'd also be willing to bet that some drink it because their friends do or because they consider it hip.

Personally, I find energy drinks disgusting.

One thing I don't like energy drinks is the after taste.

I never drink energy drinks. Nor coffee. I'm a morning person, so I have the energy I need when I get to school. ^_^

Also, I don't drink energy drinks, and even rarely drink pop.
