Please do not make posts regarding raids or banishments of the Techsider forum. Nintendo of America has created this forum in order to provide technical support for those in need. If you wish to discuss Techsider, please do so here.

Vaatix: Have to include more things, as I come up with them. We'll start with this.
Bashing Nintendo's tech forums. It's nice that you have an opinion. Go present it in the Serious discussion board intelligently.

All right. I suppose tech support was what NSider was intended for as well, but without most community elements like discussion about topics and not just help, not many ppl will be coming back regularly to answer the questions that are intended to be answered.

That's most likely not all they are doing. They feel that they didn't expect a lot of Nsiders to return to the forums. I suppose that Nintendo wants to evaluate what they should do for tomorrow and how they should handle more of these idiots that want to spam the forums. I don't think they expected this many complaints. I think they thought that people would be angry but not this angry. I am glad they brought the PM function back. We don't need people spamming over there. If you all keep spamming Nintendo will not ever bring the Nsider forums back.

It appears as if they disabled PMs too.

I PMed 3 admins, and I got a reply from some one but when I opened my PM box it kept closing and now I can't see what it said.

They did close the forums down for the night. NOA_Jane said that the forums would come up tomorrow.

I want to know why Nintendo put such an inexperienced employee in charge of an entire forum that they knew was going to be populated by Nsiders? I think Nintendo planned this from the start. We've been had! Or something. What were they thinking? In all seriousness, NOA_Jane sucks at her job. They should have had a more knowledgeable admin there. Nintendo didn't apparently learn from the mistakes they had with the original Nsider forums did they?

Nintendo doesn't care. All they want to do is avoid a lawsuit. Come 2014, those forums will be closed before you can blink.

They don't care. They haven't cared about the forums since Nsider was around. These forums were made because they had something in their manual saying that if they needed assistance that they should go to a forum and without Nsider around these forums had to be made. They are a weaker shell of their former self. That's all.

Let us add.

NP makes the magazine.
NP makes the guides.
NP had a section.

NP did NOT have tech support.

Therefore, NP will PROBABLY have a forum for discussion AND arts.
