Delete trojan/spyware. All good.

It repeats itself a few times, IE opens up with some ad.

Another "CAUTION" thing pops up, I click delete

"The file "(whatever)" is being used and cannot be deleted"

This persists, computer freezes.

Turn back on, everything SEEMS normal.
