Sakurai doesn't care what the season is, what the aneversary day is, ANYTHING! He will update as if it were a normal day, EVERY day, 'till he feels like updating something cool, if ever, so stop getting your hopes up for a "OMG A Holiday/Aneversary_For_Blah/WHATEVER Is Coming!!! It's Gonna Be Related Or A Character!!!"
I know there's like only 1 holiday left 'till Brawl comes out for Japan, but still, you guys worry for nothin'.

Even many japanese celebrate Xmas ya know X_X
It's not like I expected anything for Thanksgiving or Holloween or anything, but if anything it'll be Xmas.
BTW, when's the update usually anyway?

Umm... today's update was Angel Island. It's not very grand, but the hint of Christmas is there.

Pit was in almost every screenshot, and the song was called Angel Island.

What he really should of done would have been to confirm Stantler as a Pokeball.

I never get my hopes too much anyway. Not even for holidays. Hopefulness is useless. The more hope you have, the more you stand to lose.

Yes. It is better to expect the worst and get the best than vice-versa. But then, if you create your own reality, then it could backfire. Indifference FTW.
